Every last Monday evening of each month, the homeless and less fortunate are treated to a meal by the Rotary Club of Barbados South and the Rotary Club of Barbados West. Three (3) Rotarians from each club share the preparation of one hundred and eighty (108) homecooked meals, which are then individually packaged and distributed at Independence Square, downtown Bridgetown. Each meal includes protein, starch, vegetables, a fruit and a drink.

Feeding the Needy has been a signature project of the club since the initiative was spearheaded by then President Sonya Alleyne in the 2012-2013 Rotary year.
