Greetings Rotary Club of Barbados South Members and Friends,
In a dazzling celebration held at the Hilton Barbados, our esteemed Rotary Club marked a significant milestone – the 38th Charter Anniversary Dinner coupled with the Vocational Service Awards Ceremony on January 27th, 2024.
Reflecting on the event, our Club proudly reaffirms its dedication to the Object of Rotary, emphasising the fostering of high ethical standards, encouragement of international understanding, and the advancement of goodwill and peace.
The heart of our celebration lies in the Vocational Service Awards, a testament to our commitment to recognizing and promoting individuals who embody the ideals of service within their professions. As Rotary International underscores, vocational service is at the core of Rotary, and our Barbados South Club remains resolute in its mission to serve the community.
In conclusion, we extend an open invitation to all members to explore the profound potential of their vocations in service to society. Through the guiding principles of vocational service, our Club aims to inspire each member to shine in their respective fields, contributing to the betterment of both our local community and the world.
Let's continue to embrace the values of Rotary, fostering ethical service and vocational excellence.
Yours in Rotary,
The Bulletin Editor
